Piano and church music have been part of Angie’s life as long as she can remember. She grew up in Greenwich, part of a musical family. Singing at home, in worship, and in church choirs was a constant in her family environment. After graduating from high school she attended Bowling Green State University and the University of Illinois, studying euphonium and trombone. For the next 27 years she lived in Germany, teaching music at a small Bible college there and providing leadership for the ministry of eurobrass, a Christian professional brass ensemble. In 2015 she moved back to Ohio and launched a small Christian music academy (Vivace Arts) in Greenwich.
What do you like best about your ministry at church?
Congregational worship, including the use of music in many forms, is a foundational part of our lives as followers of Jesus Christ, and I’m passionate about serving and supporting believers as they engage in worship. It’s a joy and a privilege to join the team at Mansfield 1st for the next several months.
